Good morning,
This is the second problem I have with Essentials.
I really need these problems resolved but can't do another 2 - 3 hour wait on the helpdesk, to be cut-off, then not have the problem resolved.

So that we can investigate further, could you please try opening your software on a different device and seeing if the issue persists?
