Cant log into MYOB Essentials

I can login to under take our pay roll.  This isn't the first time we have experienced this later in the evening in New Zealand.  Is there something that we can do or is it all the server power is being gobbled up?

 

Would be nice not to have to site here trying, and trying to log in....

Hi @MrMagni

 

I’m not aware of any issues with MYOB Essentials preventing users from accessing the files overnight.

 

That said if you were experiencing issues logging in then I would start by switching the modem off for at least 30 seconds. This will allow the modems internal cache to clear and can resolve a number of issues. The other thing to try would be to clear the cache on the browser, much like the internal cache on the modem this can also impact accessing MYOB Essentials
