I've just seen the post on the forum that you guys have been sending emails with information about the new IRD payday filing. I haven't been getting these so I checked our details. Out billing address is out of date but I can find not way to update it. I presume stuff have been sent to out old address!
You can update your contact and account information in my.MYOB.

Hi. Thanks for your reply I have been using that but it will not let me update the postal address. I tried ringing the help line & it said there was an hours wait!
I've had a look into your account and found that your login wasn't given the permissions to edit these details.
I've just changed this and you should now be able to edit your address details. For the change to take effect you will need to sign out and back into my.MYOB.
Keep me posted on if you can now make the changes.
