I have a staff member reducing his hours by choice to 4 days a week from 5 . When I go to leave entitlements that will need to be changed the system wants me to add a change of reducing the hours he has in current annual leave.

I understand the need going forward for the accrued hours to reduce but surely what he has earnt would be his up to the new change of the amount of days works per week?
