Changing full time employee to part time employee


I have a permanent full time employee who has changed to permanent part time, going from 5 days/week to 3 days/week.  I have changed her pay rate from a daily rate to an hourly rate.  However, in the Annual Leave & Holiday Pay tab, when I change her "Normal days/week" from 5 to 3 days, the existing "Current Annual Leave" rate goes up dramatically, resulting in a much larger $ amount of annual leave currently owing.  If I leave the "Normal days/week" at 5, this means she is still receiving 20 days/year rather than 12 days/year and the "Current Annual Leave" rate has reduced because she is working less days.

Please advise the best way to address this.
