Confirmation error

I am suddenly getting the error message "Your software version does not match what was expected.  Your payroll data file can not be activated at this time."  I am running MYOB Payroll 2020.5

 

I have also noted that the new version had excluded the 3 pay periods to calculate orninary weekly pay /gross earnings for the last 4 weeks, after updating to new version.

Sorry to hear that hasn't worked for yourself. 

Normally, updating the serial number to match the version of the product you are running will correct that situation i.e. I've updated it from 2020.1 to be 2020.5 to match your version.


In saying that, it appears that the data files have become locked in the process. This is a common occurrence when a user does attempt confirmation multiple times in a short period. I have unlocked those files for you, which should allow that confirmation to occur as intended from our end.
