Default Hours for Public Holidays and Annual Leave

I am currently loading a payroll of 22 staff for the period 01-07 January 2018.  They default hours for the majority of these staff is 17 for public holidays, and 24.5 for annual leave.  Is there anyway I can put this information in so that it carries through to all employees on a particular pay run (rather than having to input it for each employee individually?  This would be useful around Christmas/New Year, and also Easter.

Hi @karenham

 

Each pay in MYOB Payroll does need to be entered individual i.e. you are unable to set a one off default for all employees for the one pay.  This information would need to be entered individually for each employee on the Enter Pays window for each employee.
