Employee leaving before public holidays

Is MYOB clever enough to give an alert if an employee leaves when public holidays are coming up and their annual leave owing means they are entitled to the pay for those stat days?

 

Eg:  If their last day is 21/12/18 and they have 3 weeks annual leave owing.  This would mean they are entitled to the 4 stat days.

 

Just wondering as this would be an easy thing to overlook.

Hi @ATL

This is something you would need to enter into MYOB when you process the final pay - as it's not something that MYOB knows automatically - there are too many possibilities to why this might or might not be paid. So answer no - MYOB is not smart enough to know this - as publ;ic holidays are not hard coded into the system -as they change every year.
