Hi there,
Anyone experience Error Code 11 - "Function argument value, type, or count is invalid" while in maintenance updating an employee and know what to do about it?
I had to Exit Software and go back in.

Hi @heathernz, this must be a data-related error - do you have any fields containing apostrophes in that particular employee, especially email addresses or user fields (on the 'other' tab))? (Does it only happen with one employee or more?)

I was in the Holiday Pay tab, but not changed anything. Then clicked on Notes and the error came up instead of taking me to the Notes.

Hi @heathernz, I presume that this happens repeatedly, and with the same employee? You will probably have to refer this to the exo support team, but if you wish, I can open a backup of your payroll and take a look for myself. (We do a fair bit of custom reporting on exo payrolls - email your payroll backup files to me - address below).
