Error: Unable to perform Online Confirmation, Again

Hi,

 

I've previously twice had this issue, firstly two months ago and then a month ago. Both times I've recieved a code from MYOB support which I have inputed.

 

But unfortunately this issue has occured again. Can somebody please assist?

Error: "Unable to perform Online Confirmation at this time.Please try again later or contract MYOB Customer service for assistance."

 

Also, why does this keep occuring? Every time I open this software I'm anxious that this message will pop-up again and again.

Hi @Bullswool 

 

Confirmation does occur frequently within a company file. Do check out Activation and Confirmation of company files guide for more information on confirmation.

If you do need assistance with confirmation we are happy to assist through this channel we would need to get some additional information such as the following:

  • The serial number of the product -  Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The version of the software you are - Help>>About AccountRight
  • If you are on AccountRight Classic (v19 or below) - the Company file code

This can be sent to me in a Forum private message if required. So I can investigate that confirmation and potentially provide you with that confirmation code.

Thank you. - another moderator has asissted.

It's strage becasue I used the software for 8 months without a confirmation issue. And then in the last two months it has popped up three times. 

The softwrae is NZ Payroll 2022.1

How do I source a new code each time, do I just keep posting in this message board (pls note I am based in AU)?

A confirmation code can be obtained by speaking to our phone-based teams 0508 328 283 for New Zealand. Alternatively, you can utilize the Live Chat available through our Contact us page - to avoid unnecessary confusion I would ensure that the URL does show NZ in the address bar before connecting to the Live Chat option.
