If this option isn't working, then this means that either the elements are not selecting on the browser or there is a deeper issue that the team should look in.

 

To be certain, I can organise for the team to investigate this, can you send me a PM with:

  • The MYOB Serial Number (Found under the Business Name in the top right)
  • The Business Name showing in the top right
  • Your Contact Details
