How do i extract current employee leave balances and prior year earnings to an export format such as csv or excel?
Seems pretty basic but i can't find where to run this!

Which payroll are you using - NZ Payroll or Essentials? If you are using NZ Payroll - then there is a report under Reports - Period reports - Export Pay history - this will give you a .txt or csv file with all the history for pays for your employees. There is no way to export out the leave balances - these would have to be manually taken from the leave details screen. If it is Essentials - then there isno export available - however you might get some of the information in report format - but only in pdf format.
