Final Pay Calculation

Hi all,

Could somebody please help me understand the mathematics behind this final pay calcuation?

Employee finished up on Thursday, rather than Friday, so only worked 4 days for the final week - not sure if that's factored in. Normally works 7.5/day; 37.5/week

System paid:

ANHL Annual Leave -7.5 hours at $25.06853 = -$188.01

HP Holiday Pay 1.00 hours at $1637.484 = $1,637.48

I don't understand where $1,637.48 has come from.

Re: Final Pay Calculation

Hi, thanks for the reply. My system looks different to the link that you supplied. I'm using MYOB Payroll 2022.1

But I think I was getting confused with the payout of the unused leave, and not factoring in the 8%. Once I do this, my figures match to what the system calculated.
