This may seem quite basic but does someone have any idea of how I can change the page orientation of emailed payslips from Landscape to Portrait.
When I print the Payslip it is in portrait mode but when I open the attached payslip in an email it is in landscape.
I can't figure out where to look.
I am using MYOB Payroll v.2018.3
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi @Teepee11
This is something a few clients have raised with the Payroll 2018.3 update - see post. I would recommend navigating to the Page Setup (File>>Page Setup) and check to ensure that you do have Portrait selected.
If that is set to be portrait, my recommendation would be to uninstall Payroll along with the MYOB AO PDF Generator printer before reinstall Payroll 2018.3

Hi @Steven_M
Can you confirm if this issue has been corrected in the 2019.1 release that has just come out?

Hi Steven
I had already checked the Page Setup and it was set to Portrait.
However as recommended, I uninstalled Payroll along with the MYOB AO Generator but installed the latest update Payroll 2019.1 instead and the problem no longer exists.
Thanks so much for your help.

Hi @jenniek
I haven't heard any direct information on whether this situation was addressed with the Payroll 2019.1 update. However, I do know that work was done around the PDF driver with that 2019.1 release which may resolve that situation. If it is not working as intended, my recommendation would be what I have suggested on this thread, uninstall the AO PDF Generator and reinstall Payroll, which I understand has worked as intended for @Teepee11
