Just upgraded to 6.3, following the upgrade the software apparently can no longer talk to printers.
When run in a Termanal Server envrionment, (2008 R2), we actually receive a message that the default printer can't be found.
When run in a straight windows environment (Windows 7), the printer appears to be available, and you can configure it, but print jobs don't actually seem to reach the printer.
Printer has been reinstalled after this problem started. IMS Payroll was completely removed and reinstalled in both environments since this started, but still no luck.
Anyone got suggestions to share?

"A problem occured accessing the Windows default printer.
Please check your Windows printer set up (see Windows help for instructions)."
Advice from IMS support that helped was to change the default printer to another printer, and back. Thanks IMS Support team, I wish you had a knowledgebase I could search though.
