I am wanting to increase tha number of annual leave days for a salaried employee from 20 to 25 days payroll won't allow me to, how can i do this?

Within New Zealand (Desktop) Payroll, to increase the number of days annual leave an employee would receive you adjust the Holiday Pay % of that employee*. Generally, you would increase this to be 10% (from 8%) if you are giving them 5 weeks of annual leave (as opposed to the standard 4 weeks).
*This can be updated via Maintenance>>Maintain Employees>>Navigate to the relevant employee>>Leave Details>>Annual Leave & Holiday Pay>>Holiday Pay %.
