Increasing hours for an existing employee

I have a parttime employee for whom I need to permanently increase their working hours. From 27.5 to 35 hours per week. If I simply adjust their hours per week on the employee card, will this cause an incorrect increase in entitlements too? Any advice on the best way to increase weekly hours and have entitlements calculate correctly from the date of change?


I'm using myob essentials.
