Has this issue been resolved yet in a fix because we are having the same issue as many others out there.

Urgent attention required please.

 

The journal didn't get posted into Accountright but gave me an error message:

MYOB.AccountRight.SDK.Contracts.OAuthTokens

Thank you for your posts. This is a known issue and has been escalated to our developers. There's no timeframe for when the fix would be available, but rest assured this is looked at as a priority.

HI Sean

Several of my clients are also experiencing this problem - they can no longer connect to their AccountRight File so their payroll journals cannot be posted. Presumably it's an issue with the API between NZ Payroll and AccountRight.

Please can you give us an update as to when it will be fixed? I am concerned that such a major problem has not been addressed by now.

I agree this has gone on too long and we are a month down the track needing urgent action to complete company info with this process, Sean please update us all thank you

Hi @Sean_DC 

Can we have an update on this please. It is still not fixed, and clients are screaming. It is also not easy to change to the manual txt journal - as it means re-linking all of the jobs and also allowances and deductions. We really need this fixed. We will be losing clients to other software soon if not fixed.

Hi all,

 

I appreciate your patience about this. I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced. For those who haven't seen my response, the team found a way to resolve the error. In order to get the latest SDK files, you will need to uninstall any existing NZ Payroll software and install the installer below. This installer will come with the latest SDK files 

 

https://exo.myob.com/MYOBPayroll/EAP/2023.1/MYOBPayroll2023-1.exe
