MYOB Payroll 2015.1 - Accrued Leave Report

If I select Reports - Employee Reports - Holidays the amount of Annual Leave available might be 122.4 hours. But if I use Employee Maintenance - Leave details I get 146.5 hours. We use a Common Aniversary day of 1 January.

Which figure is the correct one - the Report or the Maintenaince figure?

Why the discrepancy?

In your FACs, it says to increse the common aniversary date by 1 day and then redo the change buck to the correct date but Payroll then tells me I can't change the date as it is a common annivesary and can only be done on that date?

An urgent response would be appreciated as my Director wants an update of entitlements by Monday 4 May.

Many thanks

Re: MYOB Payroll 2015.1 - Accrued Leave Report

Hello @SuperJohn

If there is a discrepancy, it can be fixed by changing the anniversary, as you've read in this support note.

Since you have a common anniversary setup, you can do this by going to tools and selecting options. Here click the leave tab. Change the common anniversary date forward by one day, then click OK. After this, go back into options and change it back. This will correct the discrepancy for any employee affected.

Kind Regards

Liam
