MYOB Payroll deductions

We are using MYOB Payroll 2020.1

How can I set up a staff deduction for a staff purchase.  I can only find instructions for MYOB Payroll Essentials.

Ideally, you want to follow New Zealand Payroll Support Note: Setting up an Accumulator.

If it's just a one-off purchase you want to complete Steps 2 and 4 only, no need to complete the rest of the steps as that it more ongoing situation that you are reducing over time.
