This error shows up when opening MYOB payroll - but then it opens up anyway - any ideas on what the problem is please

The message is generally caused by having a different version that MYOB are showing on their systems for that serial number in the file.
I have made a slight change to the product number at our end which should correct that message going forward for you.

Just opened MYOB payroll again and it came up with this
Can't remember if this is the same message. It pops up and then lets me enter data anyway. Please advise.

PS: the serial number I have on file for payroll is 64xxxxxxxx

I have made a slight change to your company files at our end which has allowed that confirmation to occur. If that confirmation message does occur again do go to Help>>Confirm Data File - there will be the option to confirm online.
