I haven't been using the Payroll software for very long, and want to be able to print a report detailing any changes made to Employee records within a certain date selection.
I found reference to a "Maintenance Report" in the user guide, but cannot figure out how to access and run it.
Can anyone help me?
You could use the Payroll Audit Report, it details everything changed with an employee, including who changed it. You will find it under Reports, Financial TAB and scroll down until you find Payroll Audit and select.
Then you need to click on the radio button next to employee and select the employee or employees, select any other areas you want and also put in the date range and then preview it down the bottom where it says destination.
I tried that, but for some reason it doesn't show changes in fields like birth date or address.
Should such changes show in the Maintenance report?
I have spoken with the EXO team in regards to the Payroll Audit report and it is designed to only capture only certain changes. It doesn't allow for the capture of all data.
