Hi,
I had two employees (one permanent and the other on a FTC) that worked overtime but had not yet been approved, so I paid them their maximum normal hours (40hrs). The manager approved the overtime overnight so now I need to do an adjustment into MYOB Payroll in order to pay them their overtime but I am not sure how to do this.

You can either pay them in the next payrun, or you can process a separate run for the overtime on it's own. However you would need to either work out the difference in PAYE that they would have paid if they were paid 40hrs plus to overtime, and only tax them the difference, or do a tax override and tax them at secondary tax. If it is a separate run, you cannot leave the system to calculate the tax, as this will undertax them.
