Hi all. First day using the upgraded payroll. Rolled over to new month and everything was fine till it was time to email payslips. This is a screenshot of the error details. Please, someone help!
It puts up error message then closes down. I have tried re-installing using the full install but no change. Using Outlook 2013 as email programme. Have tried all other ways of emailing payslips but no good either.
Generally, this particular message is caused by a missing or corrupt font on the computer. I've also seen it occur when doing an installation and selecting not to restart the computer as part of the installation. As to a solution I would recommend reviewing MYOB Payroll Support Note: Reports or pay slips not printing correctly/C0000094 error which would be able to assist with that message.
