Payroll file to Bank and IRD

In our last two pay runs when i have finalised the pay the normal prompt showing the files created for direct credits to the bank and IRD Pay Day Filing are not popping up and i have had to go into the bank and enter the amounts manually and also do the PAY Day filing manually rather than express file.

What am I doing wrong.  It has been working perfectly fine up to now and I have been doing MYOB payroll for years.

We do the same problem with ABA Files to Muli transfer payroll to NAB  yesterday.

it said  the ABA file format does not match your bank requirements 

Usually we've processed weekly with no problem at all.
