I want to know how to reverse an employee who is listed  inactive, on the payroll,  who has now returned to work

Hi @Mondayto123

You would be better to create them as a new employee, then you will have history from their first employment and 2nd employment. You will also not have to ensure all history is deleted for leave balances etc.

When you create a new employee you can choose to copy information from another employee code which will copy across their IRD number etc (assuming you are using MYOB Payroll?)
