Report writing

I would like to export payroll information from MYOB Payroll into a excel spreadsheet.  I would also like to be able to write my own personalised reports from payroll for management, currently there is option for this.  Is there another payroll that has the ability to write reports?

When posting journals from payroll to Accountright where can I find this information in AccountRight?

Re: Report writing

Hi @Sharon_Tapiki, MYOB payroll uses FoxPro dbf tables to store data. If you have the right driver, you could create a DSN connecting to a table and then open it in Excel, possibly using the query facility, depending which 32-bit version of Excel you are using.

You would need some knowledge of which tables to use.

The journals from Payroll can be found via the Transaction listing screen under the General tab, date range as required.
