MYOB Payroll 2019.1 (not sure if thats the essentials one).
Hi all,
I paid out 6.5 hours annual leave to an employee last week as was told he was off on annual leave.
Since paying him, I have been told he worked.
How do I reverse this as wants his annual leave to remain.
I will have to pay him the 6.5 hours in ordinary time, and somehow re-imburse the annual leave.
(it will be less money as his holiday pay is more)
If someone could kindly help me, and I have to do this before Thursday.
Thank you very much (I am in NZ if that makes a difference)

Hi @Madge24
If you are using MYOB (Desktop) Payroll v 2019.1, one of your options would be to enter a negative against the incorrect pay code (Annual leave) and then enter a positive against the correct pay code (Ordinary).
New Zealand Payroll Support Note: Reversing a pay has the desired method and screenshots for that process.
