Sabbatical Leave Pastor

Good day, I need some help with setting up sabbatical leave for our pastor. He will just have paid leave to rest...

How do I set this up in the payroll - this is not part of his annual leave so I can't deduct this from AL and he is not working so this is not normal hours... I need help urgently please
