Selling business and retiring MYOB - what reports to run (Essentials Payroll NZ)

We have sold the business and have finished paying all employees.  We will need to keep payroll information for 7 years for tax purposes.  We were previously on Ace Payroll (moved 2.5 years ago) and still have access.  We don't want to keep paying for the MYOB subscription.  How should we deal with this?  Many thanks.

Hi @EmmaNZ

Thanks for your post. I'd recommend speaking to your accountant about the reports you'll need for IRD record keeping purposes. These Help Articles have information you may find helpful:

Cancelling your subscription

Payroll reports
