Sick leave

I have an part time - 20hrs per week- employee who started in Feb 2014, took one day ( 5 hours) sick leave in September 14. Allowed 5 days sick leave after 6 months employment up to max 20 days entitlement. The "leave report " produced today shows 5 days sick leave due, but I think it should show 4 days. Is there a way of fixing this correctly?

Hi there,

When you pay sick leave - there is another screen that pops up where you need to put in number of days the hours payment equates to. Sounds like this may have been 0 when the sick leave was paid. You can amend the balance on the leave details screen - on the Other leave tab to correct the balance owing.
