Very disapointed with the support I received fixing an error in payroll. I spent 3.5 hours on the phone Friday & Saturday.
On Friday xxxx in support went to put me through to NZ Payroll to find out they had closed and was then disconnected from the phone call.
Called back on Saturday only to find what xxxx had advised me to do, the guy at the call centre said I could not do this and was not helpfull at all, He eventually put me through to NZ payroll only to be told I had called out of hours & was again disconnected. (time I called was around 3pm NZ time).

I had a very similar experience with MYOB NZ payroll recently. The support has definitely gone down hill lately which is so disappointing as it used to be fantastic. Not sure what has changed?
