Unable to Connect to 2017.2 AccountRight file from Payroll 2017.1

I'm unable to connect to our recently updated 2017.2 AccountRight file from Payroll 2017.1

 

I can only connect to older versions of our company file from Payroll.

I've tried re-installing AccountRight 2017.2 and upgrading our old AccountRight file again.

I have the same issue trying to connect to the Clearwater 2017.2 AccountRight file. Once again, connecting to the Clearwater 2017.1 AccountRight file is not a problem.

 

We are going through Tools->Options->Accounting and going through http:\\localhost

 

The error being thrown up is (404) not found

 

Thanks in advance for any help anyone is able to give.

Hi @Mitchell90

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.

 

I would almost be inclined to force the location to reset itself in the AccountRight file connection within NZ Payroll by trying to connect to an Online library. When you do change the library, such as moving from My Library to Online, it clears all of the saved connection information between NZ Payroll and AccountRight.

 

This does mean that you will need to go through the process to relink the two programs.
