Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.
I'm wondering what version of AccountRight are you using? It can be found via Help > About when you have the file open. If you are using an earlier version of 19, please upgrade it to v19.13 (a new icon will be created on desktop), which should solve this issue.
If you are using v19.13 already, then I'd suggest following the steps explained in this Online Help article, particularly under the topic -
Sent emails include an attachment called 'Winmail.dat'
