We cant pay our staff, noone is picking up its been hours. the only person i can get through to is purposely not answering my call after I expressed how urgent the help was needed. not sure what to do now this is costing us money as our work day should have finished. For some bizarre reason a password appeared on payroll when there isnt one, the second week of the updated payroll and the secong massive conveinece.

Thank you for your post. If you're referring to the User ID and Password, there's a default for that which is User ID: Administrator and Password: *leave it as blank*. If this is incorrect, there is a way for us to reset it and I can give you more information about that. You can also confirm what product you are using if it is the desktop version or browser version of Accountright or MYOB Payroll. Let me know how it goes.
