"Account Owner Wrong"

How can I update the "account owner"? Our previous account manager for some reason has put his details in when Payroll was set up instead of the owners details and his since left on bad terms.  I tried speaking to the call centre and got told "there is nothing we can do without the 'account owner' signing a form" which is not something we are able to do.
Basically we've converted from Payroll to Essentials online, and because we have no "account owner" we cannot cancel the previous subscription (which I thought would've been apart of the "Move" process).

So that I can look into this for you can you please send me the following information in a private message:

 

  • serial number
  • primary contact name
  • primary email address
  • your full name
  • business name
