transfering from ACE payroll to MYOB NZ Payroll

Hi

I am transferring some payrolls from ACE payroll to MYOB NZ Payroll.

Is there an easy way to this or do I have to do it manually?  What informations do I have to transfer?

Welcome to the community forum and hope you find this useful.

You may need to transfer data such as employees and its information from ACE payroll to MYOB NZ Payroll manually as there is no facility available to import those in MYOB Payroll.

Hi @Donna113

Depending on the information you can get out of Ace Payroll - you can import in the required 52 weeks history for your employees - You need to do this to get the average Daily rate to calculate correctly.

Be aware - MYOB Payroll does not automatically use the average daily rate for sick leave, public hols etc - there is a process you need to follow to do this everytime - and for each employee.

I would like to thank @jenniek for the additional information and stating that History can be imported in NZ Payroll.  Once you have loaded your employees and the details then you can import history which is very important for employees whose salary varies.
