AIM Mapping

Hi there all,

Having an issue with AIM mapping, when I attemp to file AIM return I get the following prompt:

"Your statement of activity could not be pre-filled because not all accounts have been mapped. Please map all accounts in the AIM settings page before proceeding."

I can't find any unmapped accounts is there a simple way to find which has not mapped?

Thanks

Brett

Re: AIM Mapping

Hi @Brett43

Thank you for your post.

Can I please clarify the following steps have been taken when setting up AIM:

  1. Click Reports in the MYOB Essentials menu bar, then choose All reports.
  2. In the Business reports sections, click GST & provisional tax filing.
  3. The GST & provisional tax filing page appears.
  4. Click AIM settings.

The AIM settings page lists every field on the AIM statement of activity. You need to map all of your ledger accounts to a field.
Note that not every field will be mapped to an account, but all of your accounts must be mapped before lodging your provisional tax return using AIM.
  5. Starting from the topmost field (Gross income from sales and/or services) and working your way down, click +Map account(s) and select all applicable accounts for each field.

If you're unsure about where to map your accounts, please speak with your accountant.

  6. When you've finished mapping your accounts, click Save & Exit. You can come back to this page to finish mapping your accounts or to map a newly created account.

If all steps have been taken and you are still receiving the error please let us know and we will nvestigate it further for you.

Kind regards,
Jesh

I've been all through this process and also have checked my accounts lists and can't see anything

that hasn't been mapped.

Can you please let me know an email address where I can contact support with my serial number so that

you or you collegues can see what the issue is?

Thanks for your help.

Regards
