It would be great if we could upload a PDF copy of our Terms & Conditions which we could choose to send with our emailed quotes / Invoices or print at the same time when on the road, I currently have the terms and conditions printed on the back of the quote in my book but i am emailing more quotes these days.

Live Accounts needs to have the ability to create a field to enter Terms & Conditions. I currently use the Customer Notes - but need to cut & paste each time. Can this not include the ability to have a default set of text???? Once i turn this over to my client i know he is not going to be impressed by having to do this extra step on every invoice....

Hi Damo
This may be a little extra work but I have started emailing invoices and quotes just to ourselves, and then when it's in my inbox I can forward the email to the customer with the invoice still attached and also attach other documents such as our terms and conditions as well. Its an extra step but it achieves what we need.

Thank you all for your interest in this idea. In Essentials Accounting, you can attach documents such as Terms & Conditions, before emailing out the invoices.
