Hi,
I client invited us to be an advisor on their account, we then accepted the invitation. When I log into the datafile through the partner dashboard it comes up with the following message. 'Looks like you don't have permission to access this page.'
Please advise on what can be done to fix this ? Would the easiest way to fix this problem be that the advisor invitation is resent ?
