We are aware that some users are experiencing performance and longer than ideal load times with the original MYOB Essentials platform. This typically can be seen in the reporting section but other windows can be impacted. Our teams are working through the root cause and planning a long-term fix to be implemented once we out of the financial year period. In the meantime, our teams are monitoring the situation.

Same here ... Come on MYOB! It's 2 weeks in and I still cant reconcile!
Dont tell us to go to status page because that tells us NOTHING about this problem.

Yeah still the same problem - I cannot access my Bank Reconciliation. This is getting beyond a joke. All I get is "loading" its been the same for weeks now and they still expect to charge for something that isn't working.

Same issue - can't do reconcilliation report it just keeps loading. MYOB please fix the issue so businesses can complete their end of financial year requirements. This has been going on for two weeks and we are paying for something we can't use!

A week later and I am still having the same problem.
I need to complete my bank reconciliations for EOFY.
Can you please give me any idea when this will be fixed?
Yes I checked the status page and it says you will be doing maintenance today/tonight. I only hope that you will get this fixed ASAP.
