Bank feed not updating

Hi Team, 

 

Looks like the bank feed hasnt updated as of 27/02/23 - We are using Accountright latest version 2023.1

I have reinstalled and trying the Get the Bank Transaction but I got a message : "No new transactions for this accounts"

 

Can you please help me to sort this matter.

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

Our banking team is aware of delays coming from NAB and Rabobank. Once we've received an update I will update this post. 

 

There is currently no ETA on this.

Hi @Phanny,

 

Thanks for letting me know. 

 

So that we can check this on our end, could you please send me the following details via private message:

 

  • Product serial number
  • Company file name
  • Last 4 digits of the impacted bank account number
