Bank feeds stopped working

Hi

 

my bank feeds stopped working - was on the phone 40mins someone answered but wasn't talking. 

can you please assist.

So that we can check this on our end, could you please send me the following details via private message:

 

  • Product serial number
  • Company file name
  • Last 4 digits of the impacted bank account number
