Blank Reports

Its hit and miss with the reports. Most of the time they are blank. MYOB is a disaster. The help service call center goes online to try help when Ive already been there for help. They always say change your browser. Its just disgraceful. Yesterday I could not continue with my payroll untill I accepted the updated terms and conditions. Most clients dont have time in the middle of the day to drop everything and read the new updated ts&cs  Ive been a customer since 1997 and never has it been so bad. No accountability for what we have already paid for.
