I haven't used MYOB since October 2020, have requested cancellation but still continue to get bills, why is it so hard to get this done - over an hour wait time on phones, can't sign in to cancel have to speak to someone but no one is available. MYOB have just taken another payment (first one in months), this is ridiculous
