I have been using MYOB Account right for a long time and now I have some essentials clients. I use to be such an advocate for MYOB and stick up for it at bookkeeper parties but I can see why people are flocking to Xero!! Your call centre is a joke your staff can never answer my questions then they ring someone and I'm on hold and then they have to call them again and again!!! I am on hold and this is my 3rd phone call for the same problem I wish I could talk to the person they are talking to!

Hello 

Yes my problem is I send an invoice in the invoice I allocate it to rent. The client pays and I receive the payment to the invoice then in reports it comes out as sundry invoice?
