With the new upgrade, I can't see how to print out the old Pay Run Summary. Now there is just a list of employees in the payrun but with only one figure of Net Pay for each... How do I get the Gross, PAYG, Deductions, Net (TakeHome) and Super with totals for each??

Hi @OscarRose
The report you want to select is "Preview Pay Details" and is located on the 3rd step of your pay run (Record and report), this will provide you with the total Gross, PAYG, Super & Net pay for each employee.

I'll have to try at the next pay run and see if it works. Thanks.

Hello, what if you want to print in after the pay run is done? You used to be able to do this - I hope you can. Thanks.

Just did a dummy payrun to get to the Preview Pay Details step... not really what I was looking for - too detailed. I was looking for something like the old Pay Run Summary, i.e. for each employee - gross, payg, deductions, take home and super. I hope it's still possible as it was very useful! (for payment of the Pays as well as super)

Hi @OscarRose,
A report that you may prefer would be a Payroll register report, although, this can only be generated after the pay run is completed. To find this report, please click into your Reporting dropdown > Reports > Payroll reports > Payroll register > now select the date range of a pay run you wish to see (You only need to enter the Payment Date as both Date from and Date to fields.
This report will show you a summary for each employee you have entered in their pay run, (Please note that Superannuation will be under the "Expenses" column). From here you will be able to use the Export function to view/save/print these details in either a PDF or EXCEL format.
I hope this report is more of what you're after, let me know if I can assist any further.
