I'm entering a new employee's details in to Essentials, and Cbus Super is not coming up as a fund in the dropdown list of super funds, which is their choice of fund. Is there a fast solution to this? I need to process pay for this employee tomorrow, so really need it sorted asap.

Here is the list of super funds that you can select from, please search the fund by its SPIN/USI instead of by its name, the fund may be under a different name as you know it.

So, after getting disconnected 3 times from the MYOB customer service line, I called up CBus Super and asked if they had any alternative names I could try entering - lo and behold, the long form name of the super fund works. (Construction and Building Unions Super.) Sorted!

I would have searched via the USI, but the search fields were red, and not allowing me to do so. Not sure how to get around that, but I have since solved the problem myself.

Just for future reference, should you have similar problem again, please feel free to use the list I linked above to look up super funds by their USI/SPIN, then select the corresponding name in Essentials.
