Capture App

Hi Everyone,

 

I have recently discovered the MYOB capture app.  I taken a bunch of photos and sent them to my In Tray.  However, none of them have landed in my In Tray.  Does anyone know why this would be happening (or not happening :-) ).

 

I have sent to the In Tray via email.  But cannot get it to work via the Capture App.

All good.  I have worked it out. 

 

For anyone that may have the same issue, this is my answer:

For some reason i have two 'businesses' set up under my business name.  One is the old version of Myob Essentials and one is the new updated version of Myob Essentials.  The receipts I captured had gone to the older version.  

 

I have now switched my app over to the second account under my business name and now the pics are going into the correct 'Tray'.
