Downgrade to Connected Ledger

If I downgrade a client to Connected Ledger is it right to assume any attachments on previously entered supplier bills will not be visible along with any historical sales invoices?

Re: Downgrade to Connected Ledger

Hi @mfendt

You are correct, once the business is downgraded, all the functions that Connected Ledger doesn't include will not be visible along with their historical data. If your client decides to upgrade back down the track, then the data will be visible again.

Kind regards,
Clover

Re: Downgrade to Connected Ledger

Thanks @CloverQ ,

So just to confirm, if the file is downgraded and then upgraded, the attachments to bills will be accessible again?

Hi @mfendt

Yes the In Tray attachments will be accessible again, just make sure to keep using the same file and serial number.

Kind regards,
Clover
